W. David Stevens is a Senior Research Analyst for the Consortium on Chicago School Research. His research focuses on high school reform and instructional development. Currently he is studying the implementation and impact of the Chicago High School Redesign Initiative, a reform effort to create several small high schools in Chicago. David received his Ph.D. in sociology from Northwestern University.
